Cecilia Bengtsson (SE) studied Fine Arts at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie and has completed the Artistic Research Master at the KABK in The Hague, she is also a classically trained musician. In addition to her art practice, Bengtsson is a text writer and teacher at diverse art academies. She has exhibited and performed in various contexts, including Lumen Travo, LAB111, Teto Projects and Stroom Den Haag.
